You’ll learn to make light and crispy Tempura, craft beautiful Maki Rolls and prepare juicy, golden Chicken Karaage. Along the way, you’ll sharpen kitchen techniques, collaborate with teammates and enjoy the thrill of cooking together.

Bring your team together for an interactive culinary experience that blends culture, collaboration and creativity. Led by Chef Li, this hands-on class is designed to strengthen communication and teamwork as participants work side by side to prepare a multi-course Chinese-inspired menu.

Teams will explore regional Chinese flavors and techniques while coordinating tasks, sharing responsibilities and supporting one another in the kitchen. You’ll start with a refreshing Smashed Cucumber Salad infused with ginger and spring onions, then collaborate to craft perfectly Pan-fried Meat and Vegetable Dumplings. For the main course, teams will prepare a bold Kung Pao Chicken, finishing with a comforting Red Bean and Goji Berry Dessert Soup.
